Rob is the Co-Founder here at 4PL and has over 35 years’ experience in logistics. He oversees the day to day running of the business alongside Mike. His can-do attitude and outside the box thinking ensures we can always deliver for our clients no matter the task in hand.

Director

Mike is the Co-Founder here at 4PL and has over 15 years’ experience in logistics. He oversees the day to day running of the business alongside Rob. His strategic thinking ensures 4PL is always at the forefront of efficiencies and cutting-edge technologies.

Elliot Burton

Office Manager

Elliot has worked here at 4PL for over 10 years. He has amazing attention to detail and ensures that our clients are dealt with effectively and likes to provide great service. Elliot organises 4PL’s transport network to ensure pallet deliveries and collections arrive on time.

Daryl is a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional as well as having various qualifications in the financial services industry. Warehouse Manager

Lee has worked for us here at 4PL for 5 years. Lee manages the warehouse team, making sure all pallets reach their destination in good condition and on time. Lee has an amazing work ethic and likes to instil positivity across his entire team.

Tania is responsible for the packing & kitting team. Tania has been in the company for 2 years and was promoted due to being an approachable person with great leadership skills, who likes to lead by example and has a can-do approach. Tania always likes to ensure that her team meet deadlines.

Picking Supervisor

Chris is a motivated manager with over 15 years’ experience at leading and co-ordinating teams to their maximum efficiency. He thrives at ensuring that all of our clients’ orders are fulfilled and made ready to be assigned to the designated couriers.
